思想政治工作,是研究人的政治思想及行为的活动规律,以求增强人们认识世界、改造世界能力的一门科学.其理论基础是辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义主要运用哲学、政治经济学、马克思主义建党学说、共产主义道德学以及心理学、教育学等学科的具体理论来探讨人的思想行为活动规律.开展政治工作的.它具有鲜明的阶级属性和深刻的实践意义.在新时期,为了更好地建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化中国,我们必须开展深入细致的思想政治工作,以调动广大人民群众的革命积极性.使之以满腔的革命热情投身于四化建设.要做到这一点,就必须探讨研究思想行为的活动规律,并运用这个规律做好思想政治工作以提高人们的思想觉悟.
