本报告以中国知网(CNKI)的核心期刊论文为基础,运用CiteSpace可视化软件,统计分析2013年中国人力资源管理领域研究刊发学术论文的现状,通过绘制相应的知识图谱,分别对人力资源管理研究的关键词、高产作者和科研机构等进行定量分析。分析结果展现了2013年国内人力资源管理研究的主要方向,阐述了人力资源管理研究的热点问题、高产作者、合作聚类以及主要的科研机构分布状况,表明了人力资源管理研究的特点、学术前沿和发展趋势,为进一步研究人力资源管理的理论与实践问题提供借鉴与参考。
Based on CNKI’s core journal articles, this report uses CiteSpace visualization software to statistically analyze the current status of academic papers published in China’s human resources management field in 2013. By drawing corresponding knowledge maps, Research keywords, high yield authors and research institutes for quantitative analysis. The analysis shows the main directions of HRM research in 2013 in China, and elaborates the hot issues in HRM research, the distribution of high-yielding authors, co-operative clusters and major scientific research institutions, and shows the characteristics of HRM research. The academic frontiers And development trend, and provide reference and reference for further studying the theory and practice of human resource management.
