我厂铸造二车间是以生产球铁件为主的小型铸造车间,年产铸件1000t。自1985年我厂与上海某厂签订了油马达铸件的生产合同后,由于铸件质量要求较高,如铸件外型尺寸公差要求为±1.0mm,采用手工造型方法很难达到铸件的质量要求。另外由于手工造型效率低,也满足不了批量生产的要求。于是我们先后自制了8台简易漏模机,经几年来的批量生产验证,铸件外观质量和尺寸精度明显提高,生产效率也提高了1~2倍。简易漏模机的整体结构见图,它主要由气
