体育与健康相结合已被确认为当代学校体育的模式。体育与健康评价是一项非常有价值的工作。完整的评价实质上是体质的综合评价 ,应该包含身心两个方面 ,然而过去的评价主要限于身体机能的评价 ,缺少心理指标。研究发现 ,心身在机能上存在相互影响 ,相互作用 ,但其机能水平之间却没有数量上的线性关系。通过较为系统的分析讨论 ,还初步提出将1 6PF中的 1 3项指标列为体质综合评价中的心理指标。
The combination of sports and health has been recognized as a model of contemporary school physical education. Sport and health assessment is a very valuable work. The complete evaluation is essentially a comprehensive evaluation of the constitution, which should include both physical and mental aspects. However, the past evaluation is mainly limited to the evaluation of the bodily functions and the lack of psychological indicators. The study found that psychosomatic interaction exists in the function, interaction, but there is no quantitative relationship between the performance level.
