目的观察充气式脊柱复位矫形外固定器联合保守治疗方法针对骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者的治疗效果。方法 123例骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为常规保守组53例(60椎)和外固定器配合常规保守组70例(78椎)。测量比较两组治疗前、治疗后1个月及治疗后6个月的椎体压缩率。结果治疗后两组的伤椎高度均呈现了好转和恢复的表征,外固定器配合常规保守组治疗后1个月椎体压缩率为(25.40±7.30)%,治疗后6个月椎体压缩率为(25.60±7.41)%,低于常规保守组的(31.12±8.05)、(31.10±8.03)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩骨折利用充气式脊柱复位矫形外固定器,可有效恢复椎体高度,较单纯保守治疗明显好转。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined conservative treatment of inflatable spine reduction and orthopedic fixation on patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods 123 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral body compression fracture were randomly divided into routine conservative group of 53 cases (60 vertebrae) and external fixator with conventional conservative group of 70 cases (78 vertebra). The compression rate of vertebral body before treatment, 1 month after treatment and 6 months after treatment were measured and compared. Results After treatment, the vertebral height of the two groups showed the signs of improvement and recovery. The compression rate of vertebral body at 1 month after external fixator was (25.40 ± 7.30)%, and the vertebral compression at 6 months after treatment The rate was (25.60 ± 7.41)%, lower than that of the conventional conservative group (31.12 ± 8.05) and (31.10 ± 8.03)%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures using inflatable spine reduction orthopedic external fixation device can effectively restore vertebral height, compared with the simple conservative treatment was significantly improved.
