Electricity and electricity balance is an important step in hydropower station’s power supply range demonstration, installation capacity selection and operation mode design. Electric power load and load curve are the basic data and design conditions on which it is based. In recent years, the drastic increase of irrigation and drainage load in agriculture has changed the structure and characteristics of electricity load. The conventional method of power balance has not met the actual situation. This article is based on the work of water energy design, taking a hydropower station as an example, trying to clarify the influence of the increase of irrigation and drainage load on the balance of power and electricity
