磁选机是铁矿选矿中不可缺少的核心设备。中国80%以上的矿产资源是“贫、杂、细”矿,各个地方的矿成因也大不相同。近年来,铁矿开采的边界品位越来越低,弱磁性铁矿的开发利用逐年增加,国内磁选设备向着高磁感应强度、大处理量、对磁性矿物的高回收率、设备规格的非标性和针对不同矿石成因的一对一设计选型方向发展。
Magnetic separator is an indispensable iron ore beneficiation of the core equipment. More than 80% of China’s mineral resources are “poor, miscellaneous and fine” mines. The causes of mines in various places are also quite different. In recent years, the boundary grade of iron ore mining is getting lower and lower, the development and utilization of the weak magnetic iron ore increases year by year. The domestic magnetic separation equipment is facing high magnetic induction intensity, large processing capacity, high recovery rate of magnetic minerals, non-standard Sex and for different causes of ore one-on-one design and selection direction.
