Taking into account the spin polarization effect in the ferromagnetic layer and the scattering effect of the rough interface, the shot noise in the ferromagnetic superconducting tunnel junction is discussed by using the scattering theory. The results show that the magnetic exchange can suppress the average current of the tunnel junction system and Shot noise power while rough interface scattering can enhance the system’s average current and shot noise power
