已有很多报道证明,胃肠道肿瘤与牛链球菌的寄生有关。但长期以来缺乏一种快速、价廉鉴定牛链球菌的专门试验。最近作者研究出一种快速方法,在30分钟内鉴定出牛链球菌,并能区别肠球菌、草绿色链球菌、马肠链球菌和肺炎球菌。方法如下:混合基质PGAL-MGLU的制备,对-硝基酚-α-D-吡喃半乳糖(PGAL)75mg/L,4-methylumbilliferyl-β-吡喃葡萄糖(MGLU)50mg/L,去氧胆酸钠25g/L,溶于0.05M Sorenson磷酸盐缓冲液(pH8.0)中,置56℃
There have been many reports that gastrointestinal tumors are related to the parasitism of Streptococcus bovis.
