目的对新建工业探伤室现场的辐射检测和对放射防护设施及安全措施进行核查,以便有效控制潜在照射,将放射性职业病危害程度降低到最低水平,从而保护探伤人员及公众的健康安全。方法采用现场检测和检查表法进行综合调查分析,将获取资料与法律、法规标准要求进行比较,并对符合程度做出评价。结果工业探伤室的选址与总体布局、设备安装、放射防护设施、辅助用室等;经现场检测及检查符合国家放射防护有关规定。结论该建设项目工业探伤室放射防护设施的防护效果良好,各项安全防护措施有效,达到了国家放射防护标准。正常运行情况下,对健康产生的影响可得到有效控制,能够预防和控制潜在照射的发生,具备正式运行条件。
OBJECTIVE To inspect the radiation in the new industrial testing room and verify the radiological protection facilities and safety measures in order to control the potential radiation effectively and reduce the harm of radioactive occupational diseases to the lowest level so as to protect the health and safety of the inspectors and the public. Methods The on-site inspection and checklist methods were used to carry out a comprehensive investigation and analysis. The obtained data were compared with the requirements of laws, regulations and standards, and the conformity was evaluated. Results The location and overall layout of industrial testing room, equipment installation, radiological protection facilities, auxiliary rooms, etc .; the on-site testing and inspection comply with the relevant national radiological protection regulations. Conclusion The protective effect of the radiological protection facilities in the industrial testing room of the construction project is good, and all the safety protection measures are effective, achieving the national radiological protection standards. Under normal operation, the impact on health can be effectively controlled, which can prevent and control the occurrence of potential radiation and have the formal operating conditions.
