This is a matter for the parties concerned to meet the serious challenges facing traffic safety for the elderly in our country. At present, over one hundred million elderly people over the age of 60 in our country have grown at an average annual rate of 3%, of which the elderly people over the age of 80 have an average annual increase of 5.4%. Many large cities in our country, such as Beijing and Shanghai, have successively become the cities with an aging population. According to the relevant department forecast: to
