截止2000年底,我国已经建成混凝土路面115754公里,占高级路面总里程的60%,目前,年在建规模超过1.5万公里,预计到2001年底,我国将拥有13万多公里混凝土路面。未来将面临着越来越繁重混凝土路面的加铺、拓宽和路网改建任务。我国5~10年前建设的3~5万公里水泥路面中的相当部分,在特重交通及超重轴载的毁坏性运营下,不堪重负,已经到了非加铺改建不可的程度,混凝土加铺层施工技术对我国公路旧水泥路面改建的重要性是不言而喻的。
