本文探讨金瓷冠、无领圈金瓷冠和Cerestore 全冠的最大边缘岔开及表面缺陷。用18颗拔除的人牙等分为三组,完成全冠后检测。结果发现,金瓷冠边缘的金属表面更规则和平坦,瓷表面较粗糙。金属与瓷在边缘区均显示出不规则性,部分Cerestore 冠的边缘区暴露出氧化铝底层冠。边缘岔开量的变异较大,弧立点的测量会导致错误的结论,在扫描电镜下旋转测量可获得较精确的数据,把方格坐标比例尺放在电镜观察屏上可以简化测量技术。三组的边缘岔开量均数分别为:Cerestore75μm,金瓷冠65μm,无颈圈的唇面全瓷
In this paper, the maximum edge divergence and surface defects of gold-ceramic crown, gold-free porcelain crown and Cerestore crown are discussed. With 18 plucked teeth were divided into three groups, complete the crown after the test. The results show that the metal surface of the porcelain crown more regular and flat, porcelain surface roughness. Both the metal and the porcelain show irregularity in the marginal zone, and the marginal zone of some Cerestore crowns exposes the alumina bottom crowns. The variation of edge divergence is large, and the measurement of the arc-center point leads to the wrong conclusion. The rotational measurement under the scanning electron microscope can obtain more accurate data. Putting the grid coordinate scale on the electron microscope observation screen can simplify the measurement technique.
