新民诉法为检察开展民事执行检察监督活动提供了一定的法律依据,但民事执行检察监督工作仍然面临着理论研究不够深入、缺乏可供借鉴和参考的成熟模式和经验、外部阻力较大而自身实力薄弱等困难。应当以促进民事执行活动规范化以维护民事执行各方当事人的合法权益为目的,建立检法沟通协调机制,推进民事执行案件资源检法共享。
