本文根据锻锤的使用条件及设备能力,合理地选用丁腈耐油橡胶做为空气锤的弹性隔震元件,通过对多种胶粘剂进行一系列的粘接性能试验后,确定聚氨脂胶粘剂作为橡胶隔振器的粘接剂。本文还阐述了一吨隔震空气锤橡胶隔震器的设计计算及其加工工艺。
