软件和信息技术服务业是关系国民经济和社会发展全局的基础性、战略性、先导性产业。加强信息技术的研究开发与应用,加速信息产业的发展与壮大对山西而言有着深远的影响。为此,山西省召开了软件和信息技术服务示范企业建设启动会暨授牌仪式。山西省经信委、发改委、煤炭厅、科技厅和中小企业局相关处室负责人,各市经信委分管主任及科长,太原高新区软件园负责人,部分高校、科研机构相关负责人,部分IT企业负责人共130多人参加了会议。会议由省经信委副主任冀明德主持,省经信委副主任刘致远代表省经信委与5家示范企业签订了《山西省软件和信息技术服务示范企业建设目标责任书》,并举行了授牌仪式。
