我国已成为世界上最大的纺织服装生产国、消费国和出口国。纺织工业已经到了传统纺织全方位跨入高科技的关键时期,纤维材料的革命使纺织工业对纤维原料资源重新分配,现今化学纤维已占世界纤维资源总量的65%以上,纺织工业高技术成果体现在新材料技术、新型工艺技术、高技术设备等领域的一系列突破中。纺织行业成为我国产业体系中市场化程度最高、具有国际竞争力的优势行业之一。
