新世纪第一个新学期开始之 际,刚刚在西安采访完 2001中国西部论坛,记者有机会实现很早就有的一个采访愿望:约请当地最有名的中小学校的校长进行对话。 在西部大开发的热潮中,教育和教育者的思想,无疑是整个经济社会体系长期持续进步的发动机。从教育看西部,在西部看教育,我们相信,校长们及部分主管官员的谈话代表了中国西部教育改革的进程,也是中国社会进步的一个缩影。
At the beginning of the first new semester of the new century, just after completing an interview with the 2001 China Western Forum in Xi’an, the reporter has had the opportunity to realize an earlier interview wish: he invited the principals of the most famous local primary and secondary schools to hold dialogues. In the craze for the development of the western region, the thinking of educators and educators is undoubtedly the engine for long-term continuous improvement of the entire economic and social system. Looking at education in the west and education in the west, we believe that the principals and some officials in charge of the talks represent the process of education reform in western China and a microcosm of social progress in China.
