目的研究温度和湿度对介质阻挡放电等离子体空气消毒效果的影响。方法观察温度分别为10℃、20℃和30℃,湿度分别为30%、50%和70%,对20 m3实验舱内人工污染白色葡萄球菌的空气消毒效果进行检验。结果在温度为10℃,相对湿度为30%、50%和70%的试验条件下,开启等离子体消毒器2 h后,对20 m3密闭气雾室内人工污染白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率分别为92.40%以上;温度为20℃,杀灭率分别为96.25%以上;在温度为30℃,杀灭率分别为99.99%以上。结论在试验设定的温湿度条件下,介质阻挡放电等离子对空气消毒效果随温度和湿度的升高而增强,与作用时间成正比。
Objective To study the effect of temperature and humidity on the air disinfection of dielectric barrier discharge plasma. Methods The air disinfection efficiency of Artificial Contaminated Staphylococcus aureus in a 20 m3 experiment cabin was tested by observing the temperatures of 10 ℃, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ respectively, humidity of 30%, 50% and 70% respectively. Results After the plasma sterilizer was turned on for 2 h under the conditions of 10 ℃, relative humidity of 30%, 50% and 70%, the killing rates of artificial contaminated Staphylococcus aureus in 20 m3 closed aerosol indoor were 92.40%; the temperature was 20 ℃, the killing rates were above 96.25%; the killing rates were above 99.99% at the temperature of 30 ℃. Conclusion Under the conditions of temperature and humidity set by the experiment, the dielectric barrier discharge plasma on the air disinfection efficiency increases with temperature and humidity increased, and the proportional to the action time.
