(一)激素比较试验扦插季节不同,插床高低互异,不但种条贮藏养分有别,而且地温有高低之分。凡此种种,都影响愈合生根。根据以上理由,进行激素对比试验。试验结果,以使用150PPM的IBA者效果最佳,最高的为一年生幼树梢头种条,生根率达95%,最低者为二年生幼树基部种条,生根率为88%,平均为92.7%。100PPM的IBA次之,最高的为二年生幼树梢头种条,生根率为89%,最低的为二年生幼树马蹄形种条,生根率为62%,平均为75.3%。100PPM的NAA又次之,最高的为二年生幼树梢头种条,生根率为89%,最低的为二年生幼树
