【人物名片】黎秀芳,女,汉族,祖籍湖南湘潭,1917年3月出生,1949年8月参加革命工作,1978年9月加入中国共产党,1995年12月评定为专业技术一级,2002年9月晋升为文职特级,2007年7月9日因病逝世,享年90岁。历任西北军区第一陆军医院高级护士学校校长、兰州军区总医院附设护士学校校长、兰州军区军医学校副校长、兰州军区总医院专家组成员、全军护理专业组组长、全军护理专业委员会顾问、中华护理学会副会长等职,专业技术一级、文职特级。被西北野战军授予“甲等工作模范”荣誉称号、被兰州军区授予“模范护理专家”荣誉称号,被国家卫生部评为“全国模范护士”。1987年出席全军英模大会。并在人民大会堂做事迹报告1997年荣获第36届“南丁格尔奖”、是我军首位获此殊荣的医护人员。曾受到过毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民等党和国家领导人的亲切接见。
