湖南邵阳人。先后在邵阳学院、湘潭大学和武汉大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位；在澳大利亚悉尼大学从事博士后研究。现任深圳大学经济学院国际金融研究所所长,博士生导师；国家发改委特邀研究员；香港官方最高学术机构——香港学术评审局专家委员；美国史丹福大学客座教授；中山大学兼职教授；香港大学亚洲研究中心名誉研究员；香港城市大学客座教授；台湾大学客座教授。并且是4个上市公司的独立董事。1995年被英国剑桥大学列入《世界名人录》。
Hunan Shaoyang people. Successively in Shaoyang University, Xiangtan University and Wuhan University bachelor, master’s and doctoral degree; at the University of Sydney, Australia engaged in postdoctoral research. Incumbent Shenzhen University School of Economics, Institute of International Finance, doctoral tutor; National Development and Reform Commission invited researcher; Hong Kong’s highest academic institutions - Hong Kong Council of academic experts; Visiting Professor Stanford University; Zhongshan University adjunct professor; University of Hong Kong Asia Honorary Fellow, Research Center; Visiting Professor, City University of Hong Kong; Visiting Professor, National Taiwan University. And is an independent director of four listed companies. In 1995 by the British University of Cambridge included in the “Who’s Who in the World.”
