省人民政府同意省乡镇企业局《关于加强乡镇企业职工培训工作的报告》,现转发给你们,请认真研究执行。加强乡镇企业职工培训工作,是提高乡镇企业职工文化和技术素质,培养各类技术人才,发展我省乡镇企业事业的一项重要措施。希望各级政府加强领导,作出规划,付诸实施,力争在近期内使我省乡镇企业的职工培训工作出现一个新的局面。
