检察官是中国法律监督权力的行使主体,在深化社会体制改革、全面推进法治化进程中,对于检察官和检察工作者的检察教育培训更显得尤为重要。中国检察教育培训制度经过了多年的发展和不断改进,已经形成了一套较为完备有效的体制。但仍有地方差异巨大、教育培训形式单一、课程设置不合理、基层检察教育培训不足等不足之处,在中央进一步深化干部政治素质教育之际,文章希望从检察教育理念上能提出一些有益的思考,以法治思维与法治方式加强检察教育培训。 Prosecutors are the main body of the exercise of the power of legal supervision in China. It is even more important for prosecutors and prosecutors to procuratorate education and training in the process of deepening social system reform and promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. After many years of development and continuous improvement, China’s procuratorial education and training system has formed a relatively complete and effective system. However, there are still some problems such as huge local differences, single form of education and training, unreasonable curriculum setup and inadequate training at the grass-roots procuratorate. As the Central Government further deepens the education of cadres’ political quality, the article hopes to provide some beneficial suggestions from the concept of procuratorial education Thinking, strengthening the prosecutorial education and training with the rule of law and the rule of law.
