德育是教育的根本,德育教育能够促进学生全面发展,并且对学生发展起到重要性的主导作用及决定性作用。中学教育不仅让学生学会知识,还需要让学生学会做人。中学阶段是学生人生观、世界观形成及巩固的关键阶段,它在德育教育中起到重要性的主导作用。文章就中学班主任的德育工作进行探究,为德育工作提供一些方法及途径,以求共同探究德育教育发展经验。
Moral education is the fundamental education, moral education can promote the all-round development of students, and plays an important role in the development of students and the decisive role. Secondary education not only allows students to learn knowledge, but also need to make students learn to be human. The middle school stage is the key stage in the formation and consolidation of students' outlook on life and world outlook. It plays an important and leading role in moral education. This article explores the work of moral education in charge of middle school teachers and provides some ways and means for moral education so as to explore together the experience of moral education development.
