目的了解2012年内蒙古自治区流感的流行特征,为预测和防控流感流行提供科学依据。方法通过对该自治区哨点医院监测,收集2012年流感样病例(ILI)发病资料,并采集ILI标本进行实验室检测,对所有流行病学资料和病原学检测结果进行描述和分析。结果 2012年该自治区ILI%均值为1.49%,以周为单位,各周ILI%波动在1.11%~2.73%之间;流感样病例集中在低年龄组人群;内蒙古东部地区ILI%为0.60%,中部地区ILI%为2.65%,西部地区ILI%为1.03%。2012年该自治区流感病毒核酸阳性检出率为12.82%,周阳性检出率介于0~45.46%之间,2012年属于混合型(B型占44.13%,H3N2型占41.61%,A(H1N1)pdm09型占8.05%);男女流感病毒核酸阳性检出率无差别;流感病毒核酸检测阳性标本集中在低年龄组人群;中部地区流感病毒核酸阳性检出率低于其他地区。结论内蒙古自治区流感流行高峰为冬春季节,2012年春季流行高峰主要以B型流感病毒为主,冬季流行高峰以季H3亚型为主;加强对流感样病例监测和病原学监测,加强对易感人群的防护,关注新型流感毒株的出现,可以及时反映流感活动状况,对该自治区流感的防控工作具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2012 and provide a scientific basis for predicting and preventing and controlling the influenza epidemic. Methods By monitoring the sentinel hospitals in the autonomous region, the incidence of influenza-like illness cases (ILI) in 2012 was collected, and ILI specimens were collected for laboratory testing. All epidemiological data and etiological test results were described and analyzed. Results In 2012, ILI% of the autonomous region was 1.49%. The weekly ILI% fluctuated between 1.11% and 2.73% in each week. Influenza-like cases were concentrated in the low-age group. The ILI% in eastern Inner Mongolia was 0.60% The ILI in the central region was 2.65% and the ILI in the western region was 1.03%. In 2012, the detection rate of influenza virus nucleic acid in this autonomous region was 12.82%. The detection rate of positive week was 0-45.46%. In 2012, it belonged to mixed type (B type accounted for 44.13%, H3N2 type accounted for 41.61%, A (H1N1 ) accounted for 8.05% of pdm09 type). The detection rate of positive rate of nucleic acid of influenza virus in men and women was no difference. The positive samples of influenza virus nucleic acid detection concentrated in the lower age group. The positive rate of influenza virus nucleic acid in central area was lower than other regions. Conclusions The epidemic peak of epidemic in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is winter and spring. The main epidemic peak in spring 2012 is influenza B virus, and the peak of winter epidemic is seasonal H3 subtype. Monitoring and pathogen detection of influenza-like cases are strengthened, Feeling the crowd protection, concerned about the emergence of new influenza strains, can reflect the status of influenza activity in a timely manner, the prevention and control of influenza in the autonomous region is of great significance.
