目的探讨转化生长因子β1在扩张囊外纤维包膜中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测30例原扩张器旁组织及对照组中转化生长因子β1的表达。结果转化生长因子β1在扩张囊外纤维包膜中表达的阳性率为100%,且高表达为21例,低表达为9例。30例原扩张器旁组织仅有4例为低表达,阳性率为13.33%。两组间有显著差异。结论转化生长因子β1在扩张囊外纤维包膜中的表达增强,提示转化生长因子β1可能参与了扩张囊外纤维包膜的形成并起着重要的作用,故在控制扩张囊外纤维包膜的厚度,减少因纤维包膜而导致的扩张后皮瓣回缩中具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of transforming growth factor-β1 in envelopment of extracapsular fibers. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 in 30 cases of primary dilator paravertebral tissues and control group. Results The positive rate of transforming growth factor β1 expression in the extracapsular fibrous capsule was 100%. The positive expression rate of TGF - β1 was 21 cases and the low expression was 9 cases. Only 30 of the 30 cases of the original dilator adjacent tissues were low expression, the positive rate was 13.33%. There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The expression of transforming growth factor β1 in the enveloping extracapsular fiber envelope is enhanced, suggesting that transforming growth factor β1 may play an important role in the formation of extracapsular fibrocapsules. Therefore, Thickness, reduce the capsule due to the expansion of the flap after the expansion of a certain clinical significance.
