轧制力是轧制中最为重要的参数之一,但通过传统方法预测轧制力是十分繁杂的,且准确性不高。介绍了一种简易的45钢轧制力计算模型,并采用ABAQUS/Explicit有限元模拟软件验证了其精度。结果表明,该轧制力预报模型的最佳应用条件为:变形温度900℃,变形程度30%以内,变形速率在5~10 s-1。在该范围内轧制力计算值与实测值之间的误差可控制在2.01%,较其它方法有明显提高。该计算模型中各因素对轧制力的影响依次为:真实应变,变形温度,变形速率。
Rolling force is one of the most important parameters in rolling, but predicting the rolling force by traditional methods is very complicated and the accuracy is not high. A simple 45 steel rolling force calculation model is introduced and its accuracy is verified by ABAQUS / Explicit finite element simulation software. The results show that the optimal application conditions of this rolling force prediction model are: deformation temperature 900 ℃, deformation degree 30%, deformation rate 5 ~ 10 s-1. Within this range, the error between calculated and measured rolling force can be controlled at 2.01%, which is obviously higher than other methods. The influence of various factors on rolling force in this calculation model is as follows: true strain, deformation temperature and deformation rate.
