提出了南水北调工程规划调度决策的自优化模拟模型及其求解技术、大系统多层次分解协调模型和方法以及多维确定型动态规划与多维随机型动态规划模型与方法;给出了应用模型所确定的南水北调东线一期工程和中线工程的调水规模(包括可凋水量、供水范围、蓄水设施布局、梯级泵站级配和输水总干渠设计流量等)与工程调度规则等.
This paper proposes a self-optimizing simulation model and its solving technique for planning and decision-making of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, multi-level decomposition coordination model and method for large-scale system, multidimensional deterministic dynamic programming and multidimensional stochastic dynamic programming model and method. The scale of water transfer (including the amount of water that can be withered, the scope of water supply, the layout of water storage facilities, the gradation of cascade pumping stations and the design flow of the main canal of the water diversion project, etc.) and the engineering regulation rules of the first stage and midline of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
