本文研究了在模拟地层条件下,可用于低渗透砂岩地层的几种堵水方法:低分子量聚合物堵水法、AM就地聚合堵水法和AM地下聚合交联堵水法。经实验室研究表明:堵水效果良好。AM就地聚合堵水法是将单体AM与引发剂在地面混合均匀后再注入地层,AM在地层条件下聚合形成一定分子量的聚合物封堵地层,封堵效果良好,封塞率达90%以上;AM地下聚合交联堵水法是将AM溶液注入预定位置后,在地温条件下聚合交联成冻胶起到堵水作用,封堵率达97%以上;低分子量聚合物堵水法是将低分子聚合物XY-11注入低渗透层,封堵能力强,水溶性较好,在不同浓度的盐水中也有好的相容性,堵水率大于99%。
In this paper, we studied several water blocking methods that can be used in low permeability sandstone formations under simulated formation conditions: low molecular weight polymer plugging, AM in situ plugging, and AM underground crosslinkage plugging. Laboratory research shows that: water blocking effect is good. AM in situ polymerization plugging method is the monomer AM and initiator mixed evenly on the ground before injection into the formation, AM polymerized under formation conditions to form a certain molecular weight polymer plugging formation, plugging effect is good, blocking rate of 90 % Above; AM underground polymerization cross-linked water shut-off method is injected into the AM solution predetermined position, under the conditions of geothermal polymerization crosslinked into jelly play a blocking effect, plugging rate of 97% or more; low molecular weight polymer plugging water The method is to inject the low molecular weight polymer XY-11 into the low permeation layer, the plugging ability is strong, the water solubility is good, and good compatibility is also obtained in different concentrations of salt water, and the water plugging rate is more than 99%.
