目的:研究小叶榕气生根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质与波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:3β-羟基-11-羰基-乌苏烷-12-烯(1)、3β-乙酸酯-11-羰基-乌苏烷-12-烯(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-11,13(18)-二烯-28酸(4)、白桦酸(5)、pyracrenic acid(6)、platanic acid(7)、isowigtheone(8)、myrsininone A(9)、derrone(10)、alpinumisoflavone(11)、原儿茶酸甲酯(12)。结论:化合物4、6和12为首次从榕属植物中分离得到;化合物1、7~11为首次从小叶榕中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Broussonetia papyrifera root. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as 3β-hydroxy-11-carbonyl-ursu-12-ene (1), 3β-acetate- Oleanolic acid (3), 3β-hydroxy-oleanane-11,13 (18) -diene-28 acid (4), betulinic acid (5), pyracrenic acid (6), platanic acid 7), isowigtheone (8), myrsinin A (9), derrone (10), alpinumisoflavone (11), protocatechuate (12). Conclusion: Compounds 4, 6 and 12 were isolated from Ficus for the first time. Compounds 1, 7 ~ 11 were isolated from Ficus.
