对７７例脐血红细胞免疫功能及其调节因子活性进行了测定，以６５例正常人静脉血作为对照。结果发现：脐血ＲＢＣ·Ｃ３ｂＲ及ＲＢＣ·ＩＣＲ均增高，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＲＦＥＲ高于正常人静脉血（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲＦＩＲ无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），故二者比值Ｅ／Ｉ升高，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明脐血红细胞免疫功能高于正常人静脉血。
77 cases of umbilical cord erythrocyte immune function and its regulatory factor activity were measured to 65 cases of normal human venous blood as a control. The results showed that: RBC · C3bR and RBC · ICR in cord blood were significantly higher (P <0.01); RFER was higher than that in normal people (P <0.01) , So the ratio of the two E / I increased significantly (P <0.01). The results showed that umbilical cord blood erythrocyte immune function than normal human venous blood.
