碾压混凝土作为一种道路基层材料,具有水泥用量少、开放交通早、强度高等优点,但因收缩开裂会产生反射裂缝。在碾压混凝土中添加乳化沥青进行收缩试验研究,结果发现:乳化沥青能有效地减少碾压混凝土的收缩量,随着乳化沥青含量的增加,碾压混凝土的干缩系数逐渐减小。当沥青含量超过一定值时,乳化—碾压混凝土(RCCAC)干缩系数呈增大趋势。随着温度下降,RCCAC温缩系数呈减小趋势。当温度下降至0℃附近且继续下降的情况下,温缩系数反增大。随沥青含量的增加,温缩系数先减小后增大。
