在栽培平菇的培养基中添加适量的中药北芪粉所获得的子实体,经多年的食疗跟踪研究,对银屑病(牛皮癣)有一定作用,因其具有不同于普通平菇的特殊功效,所以特称“北芪菇”。为了对北芪菇开展更深入的研究,我们进行了深层培养添加北芪粉的研究。试图通过该试验为北芪菇的工业化生产奠定基础,进而为北芪菇从食疗向保健品或药品方面转化创造条件。 1 材料和方法 1.1 供试菌株 于菇忻干89,是从采自忻州的一株野生平菇分离所得。 1.2 培养基质 母种为PDA培养基。深层发酵为改良CM培养液:酵母膏0.5%,葡萄糖2%,玉米粉2%,豆饼粉1%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硫酸镁0.2%。 1.3 北芪粉加工 把成品中药北芪切成1cm大小,在钢磨上碾压成粉末,过细筛去渣,留粉末备用。 1.4 北芪粉添加量试验 每1000ml改良CM培养液中分别添加北芪粉5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40g共8组,每组重复3次。 1.5 菌丝体量 用80目铜丝网过滤发酵液,菌丝体经脱水烘干、称重,以评价发酵菌丝体产量。 1.6 多糖测定 用酚-硫酸法测多糖含量,并与普通
