人名是人类为区分个体,给每个个体给定的特定名称符号,是通过语言文字信息区别人群个体差异的标志。人名在公民基本信息中作为重要的组成项目。本文详细介绍了新疆维吾尔人名的发展历史、与其他民族人名的区别、特征。维吾尔人名跟着时代的步伐共同进步着,当今维吾尔人名的组成已无法在公民人口信息系统中完全体现,本文以实际数据为例,详细剖析了维吾尔人名在公民各项涉及信息工作中的处理历史及目前应用情况、并详述了存在的具体问题。
Personal name is a symbol of the specific name given to each individual for the purpose of distinguishing individuals from each other, and is a sign of distinguishing individual differences among the population through the use of verbal and written information. People’s names in the basic information of citizens as an important component. This article details the development history of Uyghur names in Xinjiang, and the differences and features between Uyghur names and other ethnic names. The Uyghur names have progressed along with the pace of the times. Nowadays, the composition of Uyghur names can not be completely reflected in the citizen population information system. This paper analyzes the history of Uyghur names in citizen information related work in detail, taking the actual data as an example. The current application, and detailed the existence of specific issues.
