新课程标准中,倡导自主合作探究的学习方式,而在课堂上,因学生间存在个性差异,也就产生数学学习的“两极分化”现象。要做到有的放矢地预防数学学习分化,应从学生数学学习分化现象产生的原因入手。在实际教学中发现,其原因主要表现为学生本身的差异、教师课堂教学不良行为以及师生间情感的交流的不足等。因此,要想阻止优生与差生之间的差距逐渐拉大的现象,教师必须在心理上尊重学生的个性差异,从平时工作的细微处给学困生以引导和帮助。
In the new curriculum standard, we advocate the learning method of self-cooperation and inquiry, and in the classroom, there is a phenomenon of “polarization” of mathematics learning due to individual differences among students. To be targeted to prevent the differentiation of mathematical learning, students should learn from the reasons for the phenomenon of differentiation of mathematics to start. Found in the actual teaching, the reasons mainly for the differences in the students themselves, teachers, classroom teaching bad behavior and teachers and students lack of emotional exchanges. Therefore, in order to prevent gradual enlargement of the gap between eugenics and poor students, teachers must psychologically respect the individual differences of students and learn from the subtleties of daily work to guide and help students.
