在进行T型接头的CO_2气体保获焊时,由于在平焊位置难以施焊,一般都将其置于横焊位置进行焊接。尽管如此也常产生未焊透。这往往是由于焊接电流低、坡口形状不合理、焊丝摆动不当等原因造成的。因此为防止产生未焊透缺陷应注意以下事项:①在焊接中等厚度以上的板材时,应选用高档焊接电流(250安以上);②应选用比平焊时略高4~5伏的电弧电压;③坡口角度不能过小,否则将因母材的熔融不良而造成未熔合及未焊透。为确定在正常横焊条件下,焊接T型接头
