一、探究含重金属离子污水对种子萌发的影响1.探究目的:探究重金属离子对种子的萌发是否有影响,对根生长是否有抑制作用。2.实验用品。(1)器材:培养皿,滤纸,镊子,直尺;(2)试剂:0.01%、0.1%、0.5%、1%、5%、10%的 ZnSO_4(或其他重金属溶液);(3)材料:白菜种子,小麦种子,玉米种子,大豆种子。
