伴随社会经济的高速发展和房地产业的迅速兴起,诸多历史城市旧城区带动了大规模改造的热潮,因观念的陈旧和保护措施不到位,当中有许多单体建筑史料价值低的历史性居住建筑陷入被拆除的困境。本论文是为了研究市区老街区老建筑的保护、利用以及发扬问题,希望在保护和发展共赢点的上具有突破,为街区老建筑的新生以及延续寻求一条切实可行的方法,进而为人类的可持续发展以及记忆的连续性处于思想以及实践上给予一个新的视角。本文通过对温州乐清地区老建筑保护更新策略的研究与实践,探讨在房地产开发大潮冲击下的一些历史城市旧城区历史性建筑保护以及让他在城市更新过程里具有再生的有效道路。
