采用二次正交旋转组合设计,探讨水培液中N、P、K营养元素对三价砷[As(Ⅲ)]胁迫下“明恢63”苗期水稻叶绿素SPAD值的影响.结果表明,K调控对水稻叶绿素SPAD值的恢复率有极显著影响,N、P调控无显著性影响,N、P、K各因子之间的互作不显著,3种营养元素对水稻叶绿素SPAD值恢复率的影响为K>N>P,N、P、K最优组合为28.41、6.00和50.00mg·L-1.根据最优组合方案进行营养调控,在As(Ⅲ)胁迫下,获得“明恢63”苗期水稻叶绿素SPAD值的最优恢复率为(78.46±3.12)%.
The effects of N, P and K nutrient elements in hydroponic culture on the SPAD value of rice in “Minghui63” seedling stage under the stress of As (Ⅲ) were investigated by quadratic orthogonal rotation design. Results The results showed that K regulation had a significant effect on the recovery rate of chlorophyll SPAD value in rice, N, P regulation had no significant effect, N, P, K interaction between the various factors was not significant, three kinds of nutrients on the rice chlorophyll SPAD value The optimal combination of K, N, P and K was 28.41, 6.00 and 50.00 mg · L-1, respectively.According to the optimal combination regimen, nutrition regulation was carried out under the stress of As (Ⅲ) The optimal recovery rate of chlorophyll SPAD value in Minghui 63 was 78.46 ± 3.12%.
