The early morning sun sets off a clear wheelchair for a wide variety of residential and small apartment blocks. The buildings are facing the front of a city across the street, we can see is the back of the building. Some buildings are two-story, some three-story; some are spire, some are flat-topped; others are brick-and-mortar, some are reinforced concrete. There are fire escapes outside the buildings of several small apartment buildings, and there is no such equipment outside the other buildings. It is not a wealthy residential area, but it is not poor either. It is an affordable and secure place to live, relying on luck, relying on hope, or relying on budget reluctance.
