本工作提出一个快速、简便、灵敏的气相色谱测定天然水中ppb级镍的方法,在PH5—7的醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液条件下,10—30毫升水样中的镍与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠生成螯合物。用氯仿萃取两次,每次1毫升,然后以10.5N盐酸溶液洗涤氯仿层,蒸干后,以二硫化碳溶解,用氢火焰检测器进行气相色谱测定,色谱柱为1米×3毫米玻璃柱,装填1.5%SE—30/Ch;onosorb W(60—80目)。
This work proposed a fast, simple and sensitive method for the determination of ppb grade nickel in natural water by gas chromatography.
