试验表明拉伸模具经稀土、硼、铝共渗热处理后，可得到好的综合机械性能．在普通渗硼热处理的高硬度、高强度基础上，韧性、耐蚀性及抗氧化性得到明显改善，有效地提高了拉伸模具的使用寿命，并就稀土、硼、铝共渗机理进行了讨论．
Tests show that the tensile die after rare earth, boron, aluminum co-infiltration heat treatment, get good overall mechanical properties. On the basis of the high hardness and high strength of the ordinary boronizing heat treatment, the toughness, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are obviously improved, the service life of the stretching die is effectively increased, and the rare earth, boron and aluminum co-infiltration mechanisms are also improved discuss.
