习惯性便秘多发生于中老年人,大都由于缺乏足够的运动,腹肌松弛无力,肠管蠕动功能减弱所致。运动的种类和方法应以医疗体操为主,可配合步行、慢跑、气功和腹部的自我按摩。医疗体操,主要是增强腹压肌及骨盆肌力量,因为腹压肌有力地进行收缩,腹内压增加,便于排便。练习方法:站位
Habitual constipation occurred in the elderly, mostly due to the lack of adequate exercise, abdominal weakness, intestinal peristalsis due to weakened function.
