从益母草属植物Leonuru3 marrubiastrum L.中分离得二个具有重排Labdon骨架的二萜类成份marrubiasid及marrubialacton,经光谱及化学方法证明其结构分别为(Ⅰ)及(XⅡ)式。取2公斤干燥植物叶及花,用二氯甲烷-甲醇(1∶1)提取,提取物加适量甲醇,不溶物过滤,沉淀用少量二氯甲烷洗去叶绿素等物,再用甲醇热溶,冷却后析出结晶,甲醇重结晶得700毫克(XⅡ)。滤去沉淀的甲醇液,加400克活性炭于35℃脱色,浓缩至0.8升后以0.5升石油醚提取三次,甲醇液得40克,再用苯处理得28克不溶物,经1公斤硅胶层
