这次随东北分院检查组到龙江县法院,重点的检查了一九五一年七、八、九月份离婚案件四十二起和自婚姻法公布后到今年十月末,因婚姻问题引起的刑事案件三十六起。结合座谈社会调查,进行检查该院执行婚姻法情况。从工作中看,一般的说还是掌握了与贯澈了婚姻法的精神,但在某些具体问题上,由于政策观点不够明确或工作方法不对头,故亦产生了若干的错误和偏差。
