体育学困生是指那些受主、客观因素的影响,而致使其体育锻炼水平、观念相对较落后,畏惧、逃避体育运动的学生。体育学困生的形成及原因有客观和主观两方面原因,客观原因:身体矮小、肥胖、体弱、有疾病等;主观原因:从小受父母生活观念的影响,不爱体育运动以及在应试教育环境下重视文化轻视体育等因素造成的运动能力差,性格懦弱、懒惰、涣散等。这些方面互为因果,相互影响,形成恶性循环,使体育学困生产生了一系列心理障碍,影响了他们的健康成长和全面发展。因此,作为体育教师,有责任和义务去做好体育学困生的转化工作,要有针对性地找准病因,对症下药,让学生热爱体育,勇于锻炼。
Students with poor physical education refer to those students who are influenced by the subject and objective factors, resulting in their relatively low levels of physical exercise and concepts, and fears and evasion of sports. There are two reasons for the formation and causes of physical education students: objectively and subjectively, objective reasons: short body, obesity, frailty, illness, etc.; subjective reasons: they are influenced by the concept of parent’s life from childhood, do not love sports and take exam-oriented education. In the environment, the emphasis on cultural neglect of sports and other factors caused by the poor athletic ability, character weakness, laziness, divergence and so on. These aspects are mutual cause and effect, affect each other, form a vicious circle, and cause a series of psychological obstacles to students with physical education difficulties, affecting their healthy growth and overall development. Therefore, as physical education teachers, there are responsibilities and obligations to do a good job in the transformation of poor students with physical education. We must specifically identify the cause of the disease, apply medicine to the disease, and let students love sports and have the courage to exercise.
