建立了钻机动力头齿轮系的多目标优化设计数学模型。分别以齿轮系最后一级齿间最小油膜厚度最大、齿轮传动体积和最小为分目标,采用目标规划法建立统一目标函数,取齿轮的模数、齿宽和齿数为设计变量,且等效转动惯量最小原则下的传动比为约束条件,运用MATLAB进行遗传算法优化计算。结果表明,该方法简便有效。
A multi-objective optimization design mathematical model of the power train gearbox of drilling rig is established. The minimum target film thickness, the gear transmission volume and the minimum value of the final stage of the gear train are respectively used as the target. A unified objective function is established by using the target programming method. The module, tooth width and number of teeth are taken as design variables, and the equivalent rotation Inertia under the principle of the minimum transmission ratio constraints, the use of MATLAB genetic algorithm optimization calculation. The results show that the method is simple and effective.
