加强基层建设与提高基层执行力紧密结合起来,是基层建设的一项重要内容。基层建设是企业发展的基石,是决定企业兴衰的关键。集团公司今年7月召开的以“发扬大庆精神,加强基层建设”为主题的干部会议,就是要我们面对新形势,探索有效方法和途径,进一步筑牢企业改革、发展与稳定的根基。
