手锤柄的安装,一般都采用加斜楔的方法。但在使用中,容易产生松动掉头,甚至锤头飞出伤人。现介绍一种新的安装方法: 将锤柄一端加工至能伸进锤孔,达到使周边配合良好,两手用力拉不开的程度,并且使木柄长出10毫米。然后将锤垂直放置,锤部朝上,用另一锤向四周敲砸锤部长出的木柄部分,使其胀实锤孔,然后再将凸出的木柄截平(如图所示)。这样安装的手锤经久耐用,不易松动,更不会发生锤头飞出伤人的情况。
Hand hammer handle installation, generally used plus wedge method. However, in use, prone to loose the U-turn, and even the hammer flying out of wounding. A new method of installation is now described: one end of the shank is machined to extend into the hammer hole to the extent that the perimeter is well fitted, both hands are hard to pull, and the wooden shank grows 10 mm. Then place the hammer vertically with the hammer facing upwards and tap the wooden handle part of the striking hammers around with another hammer to expand and deform the hammer holes and then lengthen the protruding wooden handle (as shown) . Hammer installed in this way durable, not easy to loose, but will not happen hammer off the wounding situation.
